All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late or incomplete payments may result in service suspension or delayed delivery. Once a project phase or service is completed and approved, payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or licensed rights to the final deliverables as specified in the contract. Aurl Soft retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify software without written permission.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, project data, and intellectual property. Aurl Soft implements reasonable security measures to protect client data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential cyber threats.
Aurl Soft shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions define the relationship between the client and Aurl Soft for software development, web solutions, mobile applications, cloud services, and digital consulting. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring transparency, mutual trust, and a professional working environment throughout the project lifecycle.
Clients agree to provide clear project requirements, accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays caused by missing content, late responses, or requirement changes may impact project timelines. Clients are also responsible for securing required licenses, third-party tools, and content ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service delivery begins upon confirmation of payment or milestone approval as agreed in the project proposal. All payments are non-refundable once work has started. Additional features, revisions beyond scope, or extended support may require separate agreements and additional charges to ensure fair and transparent billing.
Aurl Soft ensures that all client data, business information, and project materials are handled with strict confidentiality. Clients retain ownership of their data and content. Upon project completion and full payment, final deliverables may be used by the client for intended business purposes, while confidential information remains protected.
